Join us and enjoy our hometown of Ridgewood, NJ where the Blackout will be hosted at Benjamin Franklin Middle School (BFMS) 335 N Van Dien Ave, Ridgewood, NJ 07450
Dancers have the option to leave their solo dresses at home and enjoy an old-school fun feis. Appropriate dance attire is required: A black dance skirt, leotard, dance socks or black long pants, and a black shirt.
Dancers will dance the age they are on the day of the feis. Ages may be combined based on entries received.
Admission of $5 per person, dancers entered in Halloween Feis and children under 2 years do not pay the admission fee. No refunds, or changes once entries close.
2024 Blackout Syllabus
Dancers must check in 30min before their first scheduled dance
We reserve the right to run up to one hour ahead of the scheduled time.
If the Feis runs ahead of schedule, competitions will not be held for dancers who are not present. Competitions may be held open in the event a dancer has a stage conflict.
Tir Na Nog will dance at the scheduled time regardless if we are running ahead or behind schedule
Refunds will not be given in the event the feis runs behind schedule.
Parents/chaperons/ siblings are not permitted side stage/ in dancer line-up areas.
